- A splash of kindness...because we care!
Every single drop of water makes an ocean. This is what we set out to do on June 05, 2015 as IPE Global distributed thousands of free bottled drinking water to people in need at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi to beat the scorching Delhi heat. The initiative received an overwhelming response as hundreds of people were able to quench their thirst.
- IPEans come forward in huge numbers to donate blood and save lives
As part of its giving back to the society initiative, IPE Global with the support of Indian Red Cross Society organised a Blood Donation Drive on September 14, 2015 by setting up blood donation camp at its Corporate Office, New Delhi and 3 branches in Patna, Lucknow and Bhubaneswar, respectively. The drive saw employees, clients and other stakeholders voluntarily pledging their support to a lifesaving cause with many turning up along with their family members too.
According to the World Health Organisation, India needs a minimum stock of blood equal to 1 per cent of its population. However, with a population of 1.2 billion, India still faces shortage of 3 million units of blood. The blood which is donated by healthy donors, has the shelf value of 35 to 42 days only. There is a constant need to replenish stocks in blood banks. Statistics show that there are 234 million major operations in India, 63 million trauma-induced surgeries, 31 million cancer-related procedures and 10 million pregnancy related complications which require blood transfusions. In this scenario, voluntary blood donations can make a great difference.
Encouraging the blood donors on the occasion, Ashwajit Singh, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, IPE Global said, "When you are donating blood you are not only giving someone the joy of living but also in turn reducing the risk of cardiac diseases, lowering down your cholesterol and also increasing your life span. Blood cannot be manufactured artificially; it's a great deed to help your brethren." He added, "We as a society as well as individuals should promote the cause and put in our bid for this humanitarian service."

In 2011, she won the Gold Medal in 15th International Karate Championship (young group) at Mumbai (Maharashtra), where athletes from 16 Countries had participated. Also, she has twice been the national champion in 2011 and 2012.
