Jasper is an Urban Development Professional with vast experience in urban research, project management and physical planning. His key expertise extends to developing business in the urban and infrastructure sector as well redevelopment/urban renewal projects, utilities planning, reconstruction in fragile and conflict affected states and planning for key urban services.
Some of his key projects include the Kenya Informal Settlements Improvement Project, Somalia Urban Investment Planning Project, Project Management for Roads Building in Eastern DRC and Private Sector Development for Solid Waste Management in Hargeisa-Somaliland. Prior to joining IPE Africa, he worked with Muungano Support Trust - a local NGO leading in slum upgrading projects and Adrian Company Limited - a civil engineering and telecommunication company, where he led in developing planning briefs and approvals for development of Safaricom BTS Stations across Kenya.
Jasper holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and currently pursuing an MBA (Project Management) in Kenyatta University, Kenya.
